Please note that we might reschedule your appointment time if our slot is changed. 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please make your request 48 hours before your appointment time, otherwise you will lose your deposit. If you book on a weekend or bank holiday, there is an additional charge of £3 ppl. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure full treatment time. Park for free up to 4 hours at our designated parking area on level 2 for added convenience. Please be aware, parking beyond the allotted time or incorrect area may result in a penalty notice.
